Identifying business wants and needs

As discussed in my last blog and our last video, the FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) factor is holding UK businesses back when it comes to embracing the new breed of sophisticated telephony systems.  To overcome this, it is essential that providers work with businesses to fully understand their wants and needs, and implement a tailored and effective system to meet their specific business requirements.

For a truly impactful performance, companies require flexible solutions in order to be able to adapt to business growth and the constantly changing needs of both employees and customers.  Our latest video, Identifying Business Wants and Needs, highlights the need for flexible solutions, such as UC, along with the necessity for KPIs and performance reporting through the example of a contact centre environment – where communications networks and connectivity are a critical success factor. Nearly half of all UK businesses are already using hosted services to transform their business so you can’t afford to be left behind in this transformation.  We know though that too many people, to use my colleague’s explanation above, still think of it as the ‘Cloud’ and are not sure where to start.
